Services & Conditions
1. Conductors & Soloists
TYO offers projects with one, two, or three artists (conductors or soloists).
Single Artist Projects
- Standard rehearsal: 3.5 hours including break
- Optional additional rehearsals
- Concert performance
- Artistic fees depend on instrumentation, repertoire, and project scope
Two Conductors or Soloists
- Project package including rehearsal and concert
- Optional additional rehearsals
- Individual artist conditions available on request
Three Conductors or Soloists
- Project package including rehearsal and concert
- Optional additional rehearsals
- Individual artist conditions available on request
2. Venues

3. Additional Services
Optional professional media support can be arranged, including:
- Photography
- Video recording
- Livestream organization & technical support
Services are customized according to scope and technical requirements.
4. Scores & Rights
- Artists must provide original orchestral materials.
- If unavailable, the client is responsible for purchasing or licensing scores.
- Performance rights (e.g., GEMA) are covered by the artist.
- Livestream licenses must be provided by the artist if required.
5. Use of Recordings
All rehearsal and concert recordings may be used free of charge for:
- Social media
- Websites
- Press kits / portfolios
For commercial releases, participation terms are agreed individually.
6. Complete Concert Productions
Custom concert production offers are developed based on:
- Ensemble size & orchestration
- Number of concerts
- Rehearsal requirements
- Repertoire (classical, contemporary, symphonic)
- Venue selection
- Event framework & travel purpose
- Optional services such as transport, accommodation, and catering
7. Payment & Cancellation
- Deposit required upon agreement
- Final payment after the last rehearsal or the concert
- Detailed cancellation and rescheduling policies available on request
